Aid Stations & Course Support

  • Aid stations are approximately every
    2-2.5 miles.

  • All aid stations offer GATORADE and WATER

  • Energy gels will be at a few aid stations

  • Each aid station has a first aid kit

  • Search and Rescue monitors the course

  • Medics at the finish line.

Medical Support:

Search and Rescue monitors the course, offering rapid support to runners on ATV’s in case of medical emergencies.

Medics will be positioned at the finish line

Note: While we offer course support safety, runners should prepare adequately for the conditions and be mindful of their well-being.

Toilets:

Portable Toilets along the course are at most water stations.

There are also toilets permanently located at the following locations:

  • Mile 3

  • Mile 9

  • Mile 11.5

  • Mile 21

Safety and Course Markings:

The route is clearly marked and staffed with volunteers for guidance.
Staying on course ensures safety and timing accuracy.
Every mile has a tall and bright mile marker flag with a timing device for splits and live tracking.

Bag Drop:

Bag drop is available before the race.
You may use the race bag provided, or any rerasonable size personal bag.
All bags must be securely closed.
You must use the provided tear-off tag on your bib and securely attach it to your bag.
Please do not use gear check for valuables such as your cell phone, or jewelry.
We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any and all unclaimed bags will be donated.
